British Airways Business Class Lounge

Yep. That's where I am at the moment. In Heathrow Airport, that is. Why? Well, I am headed to Delhi. Yes, as in India. On my way to the northern regions of Pakistan!

Yes, I realize that this is quite sudden and cryptic and begs for a bit of elaboration, but first, let me say that Naomi Campbell (ie the Diva) was next to me in the Fast Track Security line here in Terminal 4! How funny is that? She was very tall, wearing tight white jeans, a tight white top, white Adidas sneakers (trainers in the UK) and had a baseball cap and sunglasses on. And trust me, it wasn't that bright out.

OK. Moving on. I don't know what sort of internet connection (if any) I will run across while out in South Asia but I hope to be able to do a few updates along the way...

The basic premise of the mini-expedition is to go up to the Shimshal Valley and see what effects the "new" jeep road (completed about 10 years ago) has had on the community there.
