The past few days have been interesting to say the least, and have made me realize all of the things I am grateful for in life. Here are just a few, in no particular order:
1. Inner strength: the struggle to find it when you're low, and the elation you feel when you finally do.
2. Friends (old and new) who remind you who you really are and who you want to be.. The beauty lies in being accepted for the two...
3. Laughing hard, freely and from the heart.
4. Being sweetly complimented by a total stranger (male or female).
5. The thrill of new projects and ideas as they begin to take shape.
6. Long, hot showers and white fluffy towels.
7. Thoughts of camping under the stars, especially if there is a film festival involved.
Here's to living each moment out to the fullest. Sometimes, the safest place to be is today, not yesterday and not tomorrow. Those will simply sort themselves out.
Love to all and much happiness all around. The world is a better place when we're true to ourselves.

Amazing, true words from a wise woman...glad you have reconnected with your badass natch self. TODAY is the only place that exists, only today. And today is good because you reminded me of that...I'll echo John with the thanks.

If you find yourself depressed, you are probably living in the past too much. If you find yourelf anxious, you are probably living in the future too much. Serenity to you always, travelpup.
