Hurray! November 5 came (and went, depending on your time zone). I'm 31 now!! Hurray!

Sitting in Dubai airport (again). It's 7:11 local time. Another 7 hours to go until my grandmother's flight arrives from Tehran. Will be here all week with her, and will hopefully have time to give more details.

For now, I'm working on keeping my eyes open.
